History
If you talk about its history than its origin dates back the time of early 90s, during that time when British initiated the railway line they figure out the descent steep and to cut down the gradient of sharp fall they constructed Batasia Loop.
The drastic fall was about 1000 ft and it was an engineering requirement to make spiral track to cut the incline bends and with that prospect they discover the Batasia loop.
