The weather is hot and the temperature reaches up to 40 degree Celsius. Winter begins from October and remains till February. The weather condition during winter is ideal for honeymooning and the temperature decrease to 15 degree. The monsoon season starts from June and remains till September. Goa experiences heavy rainfalls during monsoon. Monsoon displays the real color of the nature. Though it is an all season destination, the best time to visit is from October to June.

The state is well connected by air ways, railways and by roadways with all the major cities of India like Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Kochi, Kolkata and many more. One can hire ferry from Mumbai and reach Goa. Luxurious buses are available from all the major cities which stop at the main bus stand, Panaji. One can make their travel by train the easiest way to reach Goa. All kinds of categories like sleeper with A/c, non A/c are available. After reaching Goa, make sure you hire a vehicle and make your tour as it is the best way to explore the real nature of the state. Be aware of fake agents.
